These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vijay Traders website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

About Us

Vijay Traders is a Sri Lanka-based retailer of imported cosmetics and skincare products, operating from 85/A A/G Hinnaippuhamy Mawatha, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Products
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
All products sold are genuine, imported items sourced from authorized suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
Product colours, packaging, and formulations may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturer updates or screen display differences.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.
Payment can be made via our supported payment gateway (PayHere) or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
Orders paid via COD may be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch to reduce order errors and failed deliveries.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or via WhatsApp confirmation; delays may occur due to courier or logistical circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Vijay Traders or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vijay Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Product usage is at the customer's own discretion; we recommend patch-testing new skincare products and consulting a dermatologist if you have known allergies or skin sensitivities.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
