Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

What Counts as a "Working Day"

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding:

Public and Bank Holidays
Poya Days
Any other government-declared holidays

Orders placed on a non-working day (Sunday, Poya, or public holiday) will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 1 working day of confirmation.
You will receive updates on your order status via WhatsApp and/or email.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, occasional delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions or natural events
Courier/logistics disruptions
Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
